Request for Bids Mowing Maintenance Bids Notice is hereby given by the City of Logansport Redevelopment Commission (Commission) that on March 19, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. local time, at the Logansport City Council Chambers, 601 East Broadway Street, Logansport, Indiana 46947, the Commission will open and consider written offers for the maintenance of Logansport Redevelopment Commission owned properties. These properties include 41 East Market Street, 10 Melbourne Avenue, 401 Tanguy, 800 Race Street, 201 East Broadway, and Lexington Village. General Description and Property Information A. The bid for maintenance of the properties should be based upon meeting the City of Logansport code for property maintenance, involving mowing and weed control. B. The bid should be based upon mowing to be completed between April 1, 2026 and October 31, 2026. C. Bids will be considered for individual properties and/or for all properties. D. Bids should state the cost for mowing each property per mowing and an estimated cost for mowing based upon the entire mowing season. E. The properties for 800 Race Street and 201 East Broadway will include spraying for weed control. F. A map showing the location of the properties is attached to the Bid Packet. Bid Packet and Bid Deadline Bid packets may be picked up in the Logansport/Cass County Chamber of Commerce, 311 South 5th Street, Logansport, Indiana 46947, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. weekdays beginning on March 4, 2026 or may be sent electronically upon request. Selection The Commission reserves the right to reject any or all offers. Offers must consist of consideration in the form of cash. The Commission may only consider offers from bidders who submitted full and complete bid packets. In determining the best offer, the Commission may take into account price and other considerations; the timing of possible development of the properties; maintenance resume; any existing relationships with parties related to the approval process (Parties); the successful bidder must demonstrate that they are a responsible business owner. A successful bidder will be required to enter into a maintenance agreement with the Logansport Redevelopment Commission with respect to these and other matters.
